The committee is to provide its report <br />to Council at the second meeting in July (July 18th). <br /> <br />Item 6b <br />PUD-84-5, Application of Westbrook Housinq Group for final desiqn <br />approval for the detached, one-story units on Lots 21-31 of Tract <br />5721, Kottinger Ranch. <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 89:260) regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer declared the public hearing open on the <br />application. <br /> <br /> Diane Nicolas, 2041 Brushcreek Drive, appeared on behalf of <br />the applicant and indicated they agreed with staff <br />recommendations. <br /> <br /> There being no questions or further testimony, Mayor Mercer <br />declared the public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Brandes, seconded by <br />Councilmember Mohr, to adopt Resolution No. 89-251 approving Case <br />PUD-84-5, the Application of Westbrook Housing Group for final <br />design approval for the detached, one-story units on Lots 21-31 of <br />Tract 5721, Kottinger Ranch, pursuant to the staff <br />recommendations. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6c <br />PUD-80-2-12D, Application of Bernal Avenue Associates for desiqn <br />review approval to construct an approximately 40,000 square foot, <br />two-story office buildinq to be located on an approximately 4.7 <br />acre site located at the northwest corner of the intersection of <br />Koll Center Parkway and Valley Avenue. <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 89:258) regarding this <br />matter. <br /> <br /> 6-6-89 <br /> -9- <br /> <br /> <br />
