He added that the development breaks up large <br />parcels into smaller pieces to get a specific development done <br />instead of doing the whole site. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer pointed out that Hacienda Business Park kept some <br />big sites in the event that these would be developed as big <br />projects, but the City always knew that some would be subdivided <br />into smaller sites. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brandes concurred. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Mr. Mercer, that <br />Resolution No. 89-521 be adopted, approving PUD-81-30-49D, the <br />application of South Bay Construction and Development Company to <br />approve a development plan to construct a 23,168 sq. ft.
