449 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that <br />Resolution No. 89-450 be adopted, approving the appeal and denying <br />Case V-89-25, the application of Wayne Johnson for a variance from <br />the Municipal Code to retain an existing satellite dish which 1) <br />encroaches into the required setback from the side property line, <br />2) is inadequately screened, and 3) exceeds Municipal Code height <br />requirements. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Mr. Brandes asked the staff how much time Mr. Johnson has to <br />remove the satellite dish. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift replied that the City would send Mr. Johnson a <br />letter informing him that he has two weeks to take down the dish. <br /> <br />7.
