395 <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush explained that there are three Certificates of <br />Deposit in a bank. Approval of Item 4b would release two of those <br />certificates, but one, in the amount of $3,400, for a Warranty <br />Bond would remain in place. He added that the preliminary <br />injunction evidently is addressed to the bank, restraining it from <br />releasing any funds until the matter is resolved; it does not <br />affect the City in any way. All the City is doing is accepting <br />the improvements for the Parcel Map in question. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer indicated that decision on the item could be <br />postponed for two weeks until the next Council Meeting, during <br />which time the City Attorney could gather more information on the <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr inquired what the likelihood of getting a resolution <br />or clarification of the issue would be by the next Council <br />Meeting. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush replied that he could get additional information <br />to clarify matters, but that its resolution would be unlikely <br />since this has been going on for some time. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved: <br /> <br /> a.
