317 Mr. McKeehan explained that the County had asked them to send the City of Pleasanton the exact letter they wrote the City of Livermore. Mr. Butler commented that granting the request would impact the City's capacity and treatment and the sewer capacity of agencies the City is a member of. He recommended that the Council either deny the request or ask the Sewer Committee to explore the matter with the treatment agency. Mr. Mercer pointed out that the City has a policy that prohibits connection to the City's sewage collection system to properties not located in the City. He stated that the Council would consider the matter only if the property is annexed. It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Mr. Brandes, that Resolution No. 89-409 by adopted, denying the request for sewer capacity for the Ruby Hill project. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and Mayor Mercer NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None 15. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the information of the Council. 16. CLOSED SESSION A closed session regarding management compensation was held at 7:00 p.m., prior to the Regular Meeting. 17. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business at 10:25 p.m., it was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in regular session on October 3, 1989, in the City Council Chambers.
