317 <br /> <br /> Mr. McKeehan explained that the County had asked them to <br /> send the City of Pleasanton the exact letter they wrote the City <br /> of Livermore. <br /> <br /> Mr. Butler commented that granting the request would impact <br /> the City's capacity and treatment and the sewer capacity of <br /> agencies the City is a member of. He recommended that the Council <br /> either deny the request or ask the Sewer Committee to explore the <br /> matter with the treatment agency. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer pointed out that the City has a policy that <br /> prohibits connection to the City's sewage collection system to <br /> properties not located in the City. He stated that the Council <br /> would consider the matter only if the property is annexed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Mr. Brandes, that <br /> Resolution No. 89-409 by adopted, denying the request for sewer <br /> capacity for the Ruby Hill project. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> 15. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Mr. Walker presented the City Council Calendar for the <br /> information of the Council. <br /> <br /> 16. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> A closed session regarding management compensation was held <br /> at 7:00 p.m., prior to the Regular Meeting. <br /> <br /> 17.
