REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER
Item 12a
Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan Cost Distribution

Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 90:136) regarding the
matter.

Mr. Brandes inquired if the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan
(SDSP) cost distribution would be affected by changes in the SDSP,
what assumptions were made in allocating costs, and how much of a
variance there would be, if any.

Mr. Swift replied that all the properties in the Plan are
medium density with a few small acres of low density and no high
density acres. There was a unanimous agreement among the property
owners that costs would be allocated on a per acreage rather than
per unit basis because they all essentially have the same option
to try and get their plans approved by the Council.

Mr. Brandes inquired if the property owners understand that
they may not get the same range of medium density. Mr. Swift said '
yes.

- 16 -
4-3-90
