165 <br /> <br /> MINUTES <br /> OF <br /> THE MEETING <br /> OF <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> APRIL 3, 1990 <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the <br />City Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll which is recorded <br />as follows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br />Mayor Mercer. Staff members present were: Ms. Acosta, City <br />Manager; Mr. Bocian, Assistant City Manager; Mr. Roush, City <br />Attorney; Mr. Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; and Mr. Elliott, Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities. <br /> <br />3. AGENDAAMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta requested that the following amendments be made on <br />the Agenda: <br /> <br /> Item 4j - Acceptance of Public Improvements for Tract 5553, <br />Country Fair Estates - Ponderosa Homes and Item 4k - Acceptance of <br />Public Improvements for Tract 5680, Ventana Hills - Shea Homes - <br />delete the street trees from the City's public improvements <br />maintenance schedule. These will be maintained by the property <br />owners. <br /> <br />Item 6a - RZ-90-01, Application of the City of Pleasanton <br />(Moller) to Prezone an Approximately 174 Acre Site Located on the <br />West Side of Foothill Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br />Low/Rural Density Residential District (134 Acres), and the "A" <br />(Aqricultural) District (40 Acres) or to Any Other Zoninq <br />Districts Consistent with the General Plan - include the adoption <br />of a Negative Declaration. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta then asked the Councilmembers to take note of two <br />things: (1) a new set of Conditions of Approval for Item 4c - <br />Adoption of Ordinance No. 1457, approving Case PUD-90-01, <br />Application of Alameda County for Rezoninq and Development Plan <br />Approval, to include the condition regarding the School District; <br />and (2) a letter from the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce <br />requesting the continuation of Item 8a - Growth Manaqement Lapsinq <br />Provisions. <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> 4-3-90 <br /> <br /> <br />
