Rezonina the PTo_Dertv Located at 417 Sycamore Road as Filed bv Tri-Mesa Development Company u~der Case RZ-89-17 Mr. Don Temple, 6409 Alisal Street, stated that the ordinance should not be adopted until the Sycamore Road study is completed. He suggested, however, that should the ordinance be adopted, the ultimate layout of the development should be considered in relation to the rest of the area during the planning phase. The Vice President of the Alisal Homeowners Association stated that it would be premature to adopt the ordinance, considering the Sycamore Road issues. Me suggested that Council wait until the NSSP and EIR are completed before taking any action. It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that Ordinance No. 1453 be adopted, approving the rezoning of the property located at 417 Sycamore Road as filed by Tri-Mesa Development Company under Case RZ-89~-17. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer NOES: Councilmember Tarvet ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None 11. REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER Reco--mendation for a Two-Way StOP on Blac~ird Drive at Woodthrush DriVe Mr. Elliott presented his report (SR 90:88) regarding the matter. It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that Resolution No. 90-52 be adopted, approving the installation of a two-way stop sign on Blackbird Drive at Woodthrush Drive.
