59 <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer asked what arrangements were made for maintenance <br />and insurance. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bocian answered that the agreement states that the City <br />is responsible for maintaining its own gymnasium and that some <br />kind of joint insurance will be worked out between the two <br />parties. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr inquired if the project needed to go through the <br />State Office of Architecture and Construction or if that could be <br />bypassed, in view of the problems the City had in connection with <br />the remodeling of Amador Theater. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush replied that the agreement provides that the plans <br />and specifications for the project's construction and installation <br />will be submitted to the City at the 50% stage and the 90% stage <br />for review and approval before the plans go to the State Office of <br />Architecture and Construction. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, to <br />approve the agreement with the Pleasanton Unified School District <br />for joint use and construction of a City-funded gymnasium and <br />ground lease at 5001 Case Avenue. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 12e <br />Modification to Housing and Community Development (HCD) Housing <br />Rehabilitation Program Funding for Fiscal Year 1989-90 <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 90:32) regarding the <br />matter. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, that <br />Resolution No. 90-14 be adopted, approving the allocation of <br />$18,700 in program income from the HCD housing rehabilitation for <br />Fiscal Year 1989-90 to the rehabilitation project for the Family <br />Crisis Center in Livermore. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />13.
