Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the <br />City Council to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> Deputy City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll which is <br />recorded as follows: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, <br />Tarver, and Mayor Mercer. Staff members present were: Mr. <br />Bocian, Interim City Manager; Mr. Roush, City Attorney; Mr. Swift, <br />Director of Planning and Community Development; Mr. Elliott, <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities; and Mr. Eastman, Police <br />Chief. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br /> Mr. Bocian requested that the following amendments be made on <br />the Agenda: <br /> <br /> Item 4n - Approval of the Pre-Annexation Agreement Between <br />the City of Pleasanton and East Bay Regional Park District for <br />Shadow Cliffs Regional Recreational Area and a Portion of <br />Pleasanton Ridgelands Regional Park - removed from the Agenda. <br /> <br /> Item 6b - AP-89-24, Appeal of Michael Gordon of a Decision of <br />the Planning Commission which Denied Approval of Case PUD-89-07, <br />the Application for Planned Development Rezoninq and Development <br />Plan Approval for a Five-Lot Residential PUD, Including the <br />Development of Four New Single-Family Residences, for an <br />Approximately Two Acre Site Located at 445 Kottinger Drive - <br />withdrawn by the applicant, Mr. Michael Gordon, who has proposed <br />some modifications to his project which will need to be reviewed <br />by the Design Review Board and Planning Commission before coming <br />to the City Council. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Ms. Terry Spraggins, 7024 Corte del Oro, requested that Item <br />4b - Ordinance No. 1447, Approving the Application of the City of <br />Pleasanton to Prezone an Approximately 48.4 Acre Site Located on <br />the West Side of Foothill Road, Opposite Oak Creek Drive, to the <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low/Rural Density Residential <br />District (33 Acres), and the "A" (Agricultural) District ~15 <br />Acres), be removed from the Consent Calendar.
