PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> Item 4c and Item 6a were considered together. <br /> <br />Item 4c <br />Ordinance 1446, Approvinq Case RZ-89-16, the Application of James <br />and Susan McDowell to Prezone Approximately 4.37 Acres Located at <br />2503 Vineyard Avenue to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Low <br />Density Residential District <br /> <br />Item 6a <br />Resolution Makinq Application to LAFCO for Annexation No. 133 <br />(Graham - 4.4 Acres) Located on the North Side of Vineyard Avenue <br /> <br /> Mr. Elliott presented his report (SR 90:12) regarding <br />Annexation No. 133. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer declared the public hearing open on the <br />application. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jim McDowell, 409 Neal Street, thanked the City staff for <br />expediting the annexation process regarding his property and <br />requested Council to approve the annexation. He indicated that <br />Mr. Peter MacDonald and Mr. Mike Cooper were present and would <br />answer any questions on the matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brandes asked Mr. McDowell if he agreed with staff <br />recommendation that he be required to prepare all the necessary <br />documents and to pay all the required annexation fees. <br /> <br /> Mr. McDowell replied that he did. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mr. Mercer declared the <br />public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> -4- <br /> 1-2-90 <br /> <br /> <br />
