Ft., 70-Room Senior Care <br /> Facility to be Located on an Approximately 1.5 Acre Site Located on <br /> the North Side of Mohr Avenue Immediately Westerly of the Former <br /> Southern Pacific Railroad Riqht-of-Way <br /> <br /> This item was continued to the September 4, 1990 City Council <br /> Meeting at the request of staff. <br /> <br /> Item 6f <br /> PUD-90-8, Application of Dorian Glanville/Frank Auf der Maur for <br /> Planned Unit Development Rezoninq and Development Plan Approval to <br /> Rezone an Approximately 1.8 Acre Site from R-1-20,000 (Single- <br /> Family Residential) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium <br /> Density Residential District, and to Construct a 13-Unit Detached <br /> and Attached Single-Family Residential Subdivision, Located at <br /> 4011/4013 Stanley Boulevard <br /> <br /> Consider Adoption of a Negative Declaration <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 90:336) regarding the <br /> matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer declared the public hearing open on the <br /> application. <br /> <br /> Mr. Dorian Glanville, 3069 Chardonnay Drive, indicated that he <br /> was in general agreement with the Staff Report and that he <br /> concurred with the Planning Commission that since the project aims <br /> to create an attractive and affordable neighborhood, an additional <br /> contribution to the Affordable Housing Fund is not appropriate. He <br /> stated that he had contacted that owner of the Westfall property in <br /> connection with Condition No. 12, and the owner had indicated that <br /> he was not interested in having an access to the new street and <br /> requested that the condition be deleted. With regard to Condition <br /> No. 16 concerning the improvements on Stanley Boulevard, he <br /> mentioned that he had agreed with staff to match the improvements <br /> that have already been completed on Country Road, the adjacent <br /> condominium project, but that future improvements should be <br /> required of all future property owners to be assessed at the time <br /> of the improvement. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer inquired if staff has contacted the owner of the <br /> Westfall property. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift replied that he had not talked to the owner <br /> personally. He added that intent of the condition is to have <br /> another driveway off of Stanley Boulevard, if possible <br /> <br /> 8-21-90 <br /> - 14 - <br /> <br /> <br />
