357 <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr inquired if this would be an 18-month project. <br /> <br /> Mr. Elliott replied that Mr. George Homolka schedule indicates <br />that it would be completed by late 1991. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that <br />Resolution No. 90-136 be adopted, approving PUD-80-15-7D, the <br />application of Pleasant Village Associates/Bakers Square Restaurant <br />for design review approval to construct a 5,415 square foot sit- <br />down restaurant located on an approximately 33,230 square foot site <br />located at 6770 Santa Rita Road in the area generally located on <br />the southeast corner of Santa Rita Road and Pimlico Drive (Pleasant <br />Village Center), as set forth in the Staff Report and subject to <br />the conditions as approved by the Planning Commission. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmember Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6c <br />PUD-85-8-4D-1M, Application of Retail Property Development Company <br />for a Major Modification to an Approved Development Plan for a <br />Retail Commercial Complex to Allow for a Reduction of Overall <br />Square Footage for the Complex, a Reconfiquration of the <br />Corresponding Parking and Circulation Areas, and the Addition of an <br />Outdoor Dining Area to the Freestanding Restaurant to be Located on <br />an Approximately 3.16 Acre Site Located on the North Side of Owens <br />Drive Approximately 400 Feet East of the Intersection of Chabot <br />Drive and Owens Drive <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift presented his report (SR 90:283) regarding the <br />matter. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer declared the public hearing open on the <br />application. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jeff Neustadt, Retail Property Development, 1600 South <br />Main, Walnut Creek, indicated that he agreed with all the <br />conditions set forth in the Staff Report and that he would answer <br />any questions regarding the project. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mr. Mercer declared the <br />public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> 7-17-90 <br /> <br /> - 9 - <br /> <br /> <br />
