MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br />Item 10a <br />Ordinance No. 1469 - Ordinance Approving the Application of Garms <br />Ranch/A-M Homes for Development Plan Approval to Construct a <br />48-Unit Sinqle-Family Residential Development on 117.94+ Acres <br />Located on the West Side of Foothill Road Opposite West Las Positas <br />(PUD-89-13) <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver inquired if the resolution on the cancellation of <br />the Williamson Act for the Garms property has been prepared. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta replied that staff is still working on the draft of <br />the resolution and that she would give the Councilmembers a copy <br />when it is ready. <br /> <br /> Mr. Butler commented that he was not present at the discussion <br />of this matter and that he is opposed to the cancellation of the <br />Williamson Act on this property. He indicated that the proposal is <br />good but that he would be voting in opposition to the ordinance. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Ordinance No. 1469 be adopted, approving the application of Garms <br />Ranch/A-M Homes for development plan approval to construct a <br />48-unit single-family residential development on 117.94~ acres <br />located on the west side of Foothill Road opposite West Las Positas <br />(PUD-89-13). <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmember Brandes, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmembers Butler and Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 10b <br />Ordinance No. 1470, Ordinance Approving the Development Plan for <br />the Presley Company of Northern California (PUD-89-21) <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that <br />Ordinance No. 1470 be adopted, approving the development plan for <br />the Presley Company of Northern California for a 100-1ot single- <br />family residential development located on the west side of Foothill <br />Road generally northwesterly of its intersection with Stoneridge <br />Drive, and southerly of Dublin Canyon Road (PUD-89-21). <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmember Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> 7-10-90 <br /> - 23 - <br /> <br /> <br />
