She further requested that a Closed Session be held at the end of the Regular Meeting to discuss labor relations. 4. CONSENT CALENDAR Mr. Brandes requested that the language he recommended at the last Council meeting, that the terms of the Development Agreement for the Wells Fargo Bank/Mozart Development be subordinate to the PUD, be incorporated in Item 4c - Ordinance No. 1471, Approval of PUD-81-22-6M, Application of Mozart/Wells Fargo Bank. It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, that the following items on the Consent Calendar, as amended, be approved: a. Approval of the City Council Minutes for 6/19/90. b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1468, amending Title 18, Zoning, of the Pleasanton Municipal Code by adding a new Chapter 18.78 to establish the West Foothill Road Corridor Overlay District. c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1471, approving a major modification to PUD-81-22 and approving a final development plan for a 604,750 sq. ft. five-building, five-story office complex and related uses including a helipad atop one building and a potential child care center (PUD-81-22-6M, AP-90-7). d. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1472, approving the Development Agreement with Crocker Properties, Inc. e. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1473, approving the application of Division Street Partners for PUD development plan approval to construct nine detached single-family dwelling units on an approximately 1.1 acre portion of an approximately 2.4 acre site located at 1045 Division Street (PUD-90-6). f.
