CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> Mr. Brandes requested that the language he recommended at the <br /> last Council meeting, that the terms of the Development Agreement <br /> for the Wells Fargo Bank/Mozart Development be subordinate to the <br /> PUD, be incorporated in Item 4c - Ordinance No. 1471, Approval of <br /> PUD-81-22-6M, Application of Mozart/Wells Fargo Bank. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, that <br /> the following items on the Consent Calendar, as amended, be <br /> approved: <br /> <br /> a. Approval of the City Council Minutes for 6/19/90. <br /> <br /> b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1468, amending Title 18, <br /> Zoning, of the Pleasanton Municipal Code by adding a new <br /> Chapter 18.78 to establish the West Foothill Road <br /> Corridor Overlay District. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1471, approving a major <br /> modification to PUD-81-22 and approving a final <br /> development plan for a 604,750 sq. ft. five-building, <br /> five-story office complex and related uses including a <br /> helipad atop one building and a potential child care <br /> center (PUD-81-22-6M, AP-90-7). <br /> <br /> d. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1472, approving the Development <br /> Agreement with Crocker Properties, Inc. <br /> <br /> e. Adoption of Ordinance No. 1473, approving the application <br /> of Division Street Partners for PUD development plan <br /> approval to construct nine detached single-family <br /> dwelling units on an approximately 1.1 acre portion of an <br /> approximately 2.4 acre site located at 1045 Division <br /> Street (PUD-90-6). <br /> <br /> f.
