317 MINUTES 4A OF THE MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL JULY 10, 1990 1. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 7:30 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers Frank C. Brandes, Jr., Robert E. Butler, Karin Mohr, Ben Tarver, and Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer. Staff members present were: Ms. Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Mr. Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Mr. Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; Mr. Joseph Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities; and Mr. Chandler Lee, Principal Planner, Department of Planning and Community Development. 3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS Ms. Acosta requested that the following amendments be made on the Agenda: Continuation of Item 4f - Acceptance of Public Improvements for Tract 5835, Vintage Heights II - Amador Valley Savings and Loan Association to the August 7th City Council meeting and of Item 4i - Approval of the Subordination Agreement for Property Owned by Reynolds and Brown (Delta Properties) to the July 17th City Council meeting, at the request of the Staff; Continuation of Item 6b - AP-90-8, City Council, Appeal of a Decision of the Design Review Board Which Approved Case Z-89-557, the Application of Manoj Dave for Design Review Approval for an Approximately 10,100 Sq. Ft. Single-Family Residence, and Landscaping Plan, Located at 9900 Longview Lane {Upper Longview) to the August 7th City Council meeting, at the request of the applicant. Ms. Acosta added that Item 4o - Approval of Revisions to the Municipal Code Pertaininq to Recreation Facilities, includes the introduction of an ordinance in addition to the approval of a resolution, and Item 6c - GP-90-4, Application of the City of Pleasanton for a General Plan Amendment to Adopt a Revised Housing Element includes the consideration of a Negative Declaration.
