He pointed out that a <br /> General Plan amendment is being proposed on low income housing fees <br /> on which Council has not taken any action. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lee explained that that was one of the reasons why staff <br /> was recommending that Council delete the fees from the housing <br /> element as written and hold a public hearing separately on that. <br /> <br /> Mr. Brandes inquired if that would include the language which <br /> refers to the need for the City to plan for housing projects like <br /> Ridge View Commons. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lee said yes. <br /> <br /> 7-10-90 <br /> - 18 - <br /> <br /> <br />
