MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Mr. Bruce Bird, 4525 E1 Dorado Court, Physical Facilities <br /> Representative for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day <br /> Saints, thanked the Council for its support for the construction <br /> of the new church facility on Vineyard Avenue and invited the <br /> Councilmembers to the Open House on June 9th. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dorothy Scribner, Chairperson of Pleasanton's Heritage <br /> Days Celebration and on behalf of the Pleasanton Downtown <br /> Association, thanked the Council for its support of the <br /> celebration. She then invited the Councilmembers to the Main <br /> Street Faire on June 9th and 10th and presented each of them with <br /> an official souvenir mug containing a wooden nickel which can be <br /> used at the fair. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer thanked Ms. Scribner on behalf of the <br /> Councilmembers for putting together the Heritage Days celebration <br /> and for the time and effort she spends for the Pleasanton Downtown <br /> Association. <br /> <br /> Mr. Jim Herd, 432 Mission Drive, stated that the lot and <br /> landscaping plans submitted for the Manoj Dave residence were <br /> incomplete and inconsistent and requested Council to reconsider <br /> these before making any decision on the matter. <br /> <br /> - 4 - <br /> 6-5-90 <br /> <br /> <br />
