107 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Brandes, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, that <br /> a citizens' committee open to all residents of the City of <br /> Pleasanton be created by the Council to make recommendations on the <br /> Specific Plan. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />~ It was then moved by Mr. Brandes that the citizens' committee <br />v-- be established after the recommendations of the Pleasanton <br />< Ridgelands Committee is put on the ballot. <br />Z The motion died for lack of a second. <br />~ Mr. Butler stated that the San Francisco project need not be <br /> a political consideration and that it should not be put off until <br /> after the election. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that the <br /> citizens' committee be implemented as soon as the Pleasanton <br /> Ridgelands Committee completes its work and as staff resources <br />.... permit. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> 6.
