He added that while he was not sure <br />about amending the ordinance on real estate signs, he would support <br />it since it was reviewed and recommended by the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Mr. Mercer, that <br />Ordinance No. 1492 be introduced, to be read by title only and <br />waiving further reading thereof, approving RZ-90-6, City of <br />Pleasanton, consideration of an amendment to the Sign Ordinance,. <br />Section 18.96 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, to allow real <br />estate signs to be displayed for more hours than currently <br />permitted and to amend commercial "for sale/lease" sign regulations <br />in all applicable districts. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Tarver and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Brandes <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Councilmember Mohr <br /> <br />7.
