Ft. Site for Four Existinq Single- <br /> Family Residential Units Located at 991 Rose Avenue, as Filed Under <br /> Case PUD-90-11 <br /> <br /> Mr. Peter MacDonald, 400 Main Street, representing James and <br /> Anna Yee, stated that the Yees would like to have the flexibility <br /> to sell the units in ten to twenty years without being subject to <br /> the rent control provisions of the Condominium Conversion Ordinance <br /> during that period of time. He pointed out that there was a <br /> provision in the Ordinance that allowed the Council to waive the <br /> requirement in situations where it would not be applicable. He <br /> suggested that Condition No. 12 of the PUD be modified to waive <br /> that requirement should the Yees decide to go through the <br /> condominium conversion process in the future. He added that they <br /> are willing to accept a rent control at a maximum of seven percent <br /> annually for two to three years. <br /> <br /> Mr. Butler commented that it would be impossible for the <br /> Council to determine an owner's intentions with regard to whether <br /> or not they would eventually sell their projects. <br /> <br /> 9-18-90 <br /> - 17 - <br /> <br /> <br />
