455 MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 4, 1990 1. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Kenneth R. Mercer called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., and Council adjourned to a Closed Session to discuss City Attorney Evaluation and Labor Relations. Council reconvened for the Regular Meeting at 7:30 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL City Clerk Peggy L. Ezidro called the roll which is recorded as follows: Councilmember Frank C. Brandes, Jr., Robert E. Butler, Karin Mohr, Ben Tarver, and Mayor Mercer. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Michael H. Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; Joseph Elliott, Director of Public Works and Utilities; and Gary Smith, Director of Building Inspection. 3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS Ms. Acosta requested that the following amendments be made to the Agenda: Item 6a, Consideration of the Adoption of an Aliqnment Plan for Foothill Road Between Stoneridqe Drive and Bernal Avenue - continue to the October 2, 1990 City Council Meeting at the request of staff. Item 6b, AP-90-8, City of Pleasanton, Appeal of a Decision of the Desiqn Review Board Which Approved Case Z-89-557, the Application of Mano~ Dave for Desiqn Review Approval for an Approximately 10,100 Sq. Ft. Sinqle-Family Residence and Landscapinq Plan, Located at 9900 Lonqview Lane (Upper Lon~view) - continue to the October 2, 1990 City Council Meeting at the request of the applicant. Item 6q, PUD-90-7, Application of Jay and Kyounq Ku for Planned Unit Development Rezoninq and Development Plan Approval to Construct a Two-Story, Approximately 48,000 Sq.
