135 <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer indicated that there would be no changes for the <br />Negative Declaration process. <br /> <br />Item 12e <br />Attendance at Commission Meetings (SR 91:131) <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Tarver, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Ordinance No. 1507 be introduced, to be read by title only, and <br />waiving further reading thereof, amending Section 1 (part) of <br />Ordinance No. 1357, Section 1 (part) of Ordinance No. 1287, and <br />Section 2 (part) of Ordinance No. 1410 and Sections 2.28.060, <br />2.32.090, 2.34.050, 2.36.040, 18.16.130 and 18.20.040 of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code, concerning the percentage of absences <br />from regular meetings a Commissioner may have in a six-month <br />period. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 12f <br />Second Quarter 1990-91 Financial Report and Midyear Review <br />(SR 91:125) <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that <br />Resolution No. 91-56 be adopted, approving the Second Quarter <br />1990-91 Financial Report and Midyear Review and amending the <br />1990-91 Operating and Capital Improvement Program, as follows: <br />(1) amend the General Fund Budget-to reflect an increase in revenue <br />projections by $238,119, from $30,165,164 to $30,403,283; (2) amend <br />the General Fund Budget to reflect a decrease in expenditure <br />estimates by $451,892, from $29,918,459 to $29,466,567; <br />(3) appropriate an additional $7,500 from the Sewer M & O Fund fora <br />sewer connection fee study; (4) amend the Street Capital <br />Improvement Program to reflect a decrease in the beginning balance <br />by $29,658, from $3,789,433 to $3,759,775; and (5) amend the Lower <br />Income Housing Fund Budget to reflect a decrease in revenue <br />projections by $142,700 from $289,200 to $146,500. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> - 29 - <br /> 4-2-91 <br /> <br /> <br />
