104 <br /> <br /> Item 12d <br /> Report of Handlinq of Water Fees for the School District <br /> (SR 91:106) <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br /> Resolution No. 91-43 be adopted, amending Resolution No. 77-123 <br /> (Establishing Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services of <br /> the City of Pleasanton) to provide for a 20% discount in water <br /> rates for the Pleasanton Unified School District, as set forth in <br /> the Staff Report. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> Item 12e <br /> <br /> This item was continued to the April 2, 1991 City Council <br /> Meeting. <br /> <br /> Item 12f <br /> Attendance at Commission Meetinqs <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver stated that a Commissioner's absence of more than <br /> 30% of the meetings, whether these absences are excused or not, <br /> could mean that there probably is a conflict that needs to be <br /> addressed and that the member's appointment should be reconsidered <br /> by the Council. <br /> <br /> Mr. Butler agreed with Mr. Tarver that the appointment of a <br /> Commissioner who has a problem with attendance or a pattern of <br /> absences should be reviewed by Council rather than have the <br /> Commissioner automatically suspended. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush stated that he would revise the ordinance, as <br /> recommended, and bring it back at the next Council meeting. <br /> <br /> 13.
