99 <br /> <br />aware of this year's April 1st deadline. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, that <br />Resolution No. 91-42 be adopted, denying the request of Currin <br />Construction Company to allow the proposed 68-unit Oak Tree Farm <br />project to be considered for Growth Management approval for 1992 <br />although a final PUD development plan will not have been approved <br />by April l, 1991, as set forth in the Staff Report. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner and Tarver <br />NOES: Mayor Mercer <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was then moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, <br />to amend the Growth Management Ordinance to make the first Council <br />meeting in April the deadline for Growth Management, to take effect <br />in April 1992. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Scribner and Tarver <br />NOES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> The motion failed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Ordinance No. 1505 be introduced, to be read by title only and <br />waiving further reading thereof, amending Section 1 (Part) of <br />Ordinance No. 1336 and Section 17.36.160 of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code, as amended, concerning the application procedure <br />for Growth Management Approval, to read that "Any developer of a <br />project meeting the eligibility requirements shall request growth <br />management approval by the date following the first City Council <br />meeting in April of any given year," to take effect in April 1991. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmembers Scribner and Tarvet <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 12c(a) <br />Report on Water Conservation - Concepts and Implementation for City <br />Facilities (SR 91286) <br /> <br /> Mr. Robert Cordtz, 262 West Angela, stated that the average <br />American community loses one-third of its water supply from leaks <br />in the distribution pipes.
