He also <br /> proposed that staff look at the possibility of passing on to the <br /> developer the increased cost of expanding the area that would <br /> receive notices. <br /> <br /> Ms. Scribner inquired if neighbors are notified for <br /> modifications to an approved project. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift replied that both major and minor modifications are <br /> noticed. <br /> <br /> Item 7q <br /> Six Months Attendance Reports - July Throuqh Deoember 1990 <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver commented that it is important for continuity and <br /> control that Commissioners do not miss more than a third of the <br /> scheduled Commission meetings. He recommended that the appointment <br /> of any Commissioner who misses more than 30% of the meetings should <br /> be reviewed by the Council. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer inquired if the ordinance on the matter would have <br /> to be changed .... <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta said yes. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Tarver, and seconded by Mr. Mercer, that <br /> an ordinance be initiated modifying Commissioners' attendance at <br /> Commission meetings to reflect that Commissioners may not miss more <br /> than one-third of scheduled meetings. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarvet and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> 8.
