He suggested that a committee be put <br />together to determine the landscaping requirements for these lots <br />and avoid a 9½-week delay for the construction of pools. <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer stated that although a pool would go under the <br />ground, a person who stands on the pool deck would be looking into <br />the neighbor's backyards. He indicated that the Council had <br />discussed these landscaping conditions at the onset of the <br />subdivision's development and informed Mr. Vino that the Building <br />Department could provide him with the details of the requirements. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mr. Mercer declared the <br />public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, that <br />Resolution No. 91-139 be adopted, approving Z-91-135, the <br />application of Swan Pools/Ronald and Ruth Bucheger for design <br />review approval to regrade a portion of an existing lot to <br />accommodate a'swimming pool to be located at 905 Montevino Drive <br />(Tract 5835, Lot 5), as set forth in the Staff Report. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />7.
