333 <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 8e <br />Resolution Requesting CalTrans to Change the Color, Style, and Form <br />of the Soundwalls Along the 1-680 Freeway in the San Ramon Valley <br /> (sR 91:280) <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver suggested that the resolution be amended to request <br />CalTrans to coordinate with the cities in all CalTrans projects to <br />avoid similar problems, which cost money to rectify. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 91-117 be adopted, requesting CalTrans to change the <br />color, style, and form of the soundwalls along 1-680 in the San <br />Ramon Valley, and to coordinate with the cities in all CalTrans <br />projects. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 8f <br />Resolution Supporting the Concept of Fiscal Interdependency by the <br />Cities, Counties, and School Districts of the Bay Area (SR 91:276) <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Tarver, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 91-118 be adopted, supporting the Association of Bay <br />Area Governments' (ABAG) concept of fiscal interdependency by the <br />cities, counties, and school districts of the Bay Area, as set <br />forth in the Staff Report. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> - 37 - <br /> 7-16-91 <br /> <br /> <br />
