330 It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that Resolution No. 91-114 be adopted, approving the Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 1991/92 through 1995/96, as detailed in the CIP document, subject to the condition that the Valley Trails North and South medians improvement projects be implemented in Fiscal Year 1991/92 and that the swimming pool facility be categorized as an unfunded high priority item.
