CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 10:05 p.m. to discuss <br />potential litigation against the County of Alameda concerning Ruby <br />Hill, potential litigation with the owner of the property on which <br />the "Hayward Hotel" sits, and litigation involving the Sierra Club, <br />the City of Hayward and Alameda County (LAFCO). <br /> <br />17.
