He then commended Ms. Dolores <br />Bengtson, Director of Parks and Community Services, for organizing <br />the clean-up of the Arroyo on April 20th, and for scheduling <br />another clean~up on June 8th. <br /> <br />6. He pointed out that the number of units <br />proposed is far below the maximum 193 units allowed in the General <br />Plan.
