(SR91:508) <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta suggested an amendment to the documents for the <br /> Callahan project which make it subject to the underwriting <br /> requirements of the respective first mortgage lenders for any <br /> applicants under the program. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bob Cordtz, 262 W. Angela, asked for clarification on the <br /> attachments on the staff report and on the resolution. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift clarified that the Council will be adopting the <br /> policies that are included in Exhibit'A. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr confirmed that the program would be available to any <br /> project, not just to the Callahan project. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver stated that he thought that the concept could be <br /> used by others, but only $264,000 has been allocated for this <br /> project, although Council could raise that amount. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr referred to page two of the staff report and inquired <br /> about who pays closing costs?
