It's possible that the point of <br />access might be in such a place that it wouldn't be accessible for <br />the Starnes, but he would need to sit down with staff and the <br />applicant to discuss this. <br /> <br /> 9:47 p.m. Mayor Mercer left the room. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr asked if the easement could be granted to the City. <br />Ms. Mohr indicated that she is concerned about keeping access for <br />public safety issues and perhaps some reasonable access for the <br />neighbor, short of actually giving the neighbors a driveway <br />easement. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta added that the Fire Department doesn't feel the <br />access is a big issue.
