101 <br /> <br />understanding that Council was still in opposition to Bay Vision <br />2020 and he will be voting as such. <br /> <br /> Item 8b <br /> Mr. Butler requested Ordinance Nos. 1523 and 1524 be amended <br />regarding notice to local businesses. <br /> <br /> Item 8c <br /> Ms. Scribner requested clarification on the discussion of the <br />last Council Meeting regarding information been received at the <br />last minute. She thought that several members indicated that <br />nothing should be delivered after Thursday night. If anything was <br />later than that, it would not be added to the agenda. She asked if <br />this should be a policy or not. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer is not bothered by items coming in by no later <br />than Friday night. <br /> <br /> All members of Council agreed that Friday night would be the <br />deadline for Council's receipt of agenda materials and that this <br />would be Council policy. <br /> <br />Item 8d <br /> Mayor Mercer asked Police Chief Eastman to approach the <br />Pleasanton School District on expanding the D.A.R.E. Program. He <br />would like to have the School District, if it is interested, write <br />a report specifying what would be involved in expanding the <br />Program. Chief Eastman is to report back to Council by 1/21/92. <br /> <br />9. CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />There were none. <br /> <br />10. MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> <br />Item 10a <br />Ordinance No. 1528, Approvingthe Application of Golden Eagle Farm <br />Joint Venture for a Major Modification to an Approved PUD <br />Development Plan to Modify Condition 1B of PUD-85-15 <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver indicated he was changing his vote on this <br />application.
