Other businesses which have freeway visibility have been <br /> allowed pylon sign (Val Strough, Home Depot, Chevy's). <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer informed Mr. Osborne that it would take the motion <br /> of one of the three Council members who voted against the <br /> application to make the motion to reconsider. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr had no problem in re-evaluating the sign but would <br /> also like to see the whole sign program for the Rose Pavilion be <br /> re-evaluated. <br /> <br /> Mr. Butler had no objection in reconsidering the request on <br /> just this pylon sign. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer asked Mr. Roush if they need to vote to <br /> reconsider. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush responded that one member who voted in the majority <br /> has to make the motion and then there must be three affirmative <br /> votes in order to grant reconsideration. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Mayor Mercer, to <br /> adopt Resolution 91-186, requesting reconsideration to add Ethan <br /> Allen and Galaxy 8 to the current Rose Pavilion pylon sign. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Tarver and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: Councilmember Scribner <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> This item will be reconsidered at the meeting of November 19, 1991. <br /> <br /> 5. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Mrs. Jean R.
