MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> City Ordinances, Development and the Water Situation <br /> <br /> Mr. Stanley Rathbone, 325 Ray Street, voiced his displeasure <br />concerning two unauthorized vehicles parking on his property. When <br />the Police Department was notified, the officer indicated that they <br />could not be of assistance due to the fact that the property was <br />not properly posted. <br /> <br /> Mr. Rathbone's other concerns involved the cost of the clean- <br />up after the Pasta Festival. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated that the Boy Scouts were involved in the <br />clean-up effort right after the Pasta Festival and Ms. Scribner <br />stated that there was no expense to the City for the clean-up. <br /> <br /> Mr. Rathbone continued to express concerns regarding Zone 7 <br />water cutbacks. His major concern was whether there would be <br />adequate water available for future expansion and indicated that <br />perhaps the City should slow down in its expansion efforts. <br /> <br />9-17-91 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
