159 <br /> <br />(2) prezone 1.170 acres of the Ruby ~ill site to a PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) district to permit single-family residential. <br />aqricultural, and open space uses (to conformto the uses that were <br />recently approved by Alameda County for the site): and prezone the <br />368 acres of land known as the Vineyard Avenue Corridor area to a <br />PUD district for rural density residential, low density <br />residential. parks and recreation. a~riculture and urazinu. public <br />health and safety, and sand and harvesting uses (to conform to the <br />uses currently designated for the area by the Pleasanton General <br />Plan). (SR92:123) <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 92-62 be adopted, based on a review of an initial <br />environmental impact study done for this project and on a finding <br />that no significant environmental impact would occur as outlined in <br />the City's guidelines and on further finding that a negative <br />declaration is appropriate in connection with GP-91-8/RZ-91-7, Ruby <br />Hill/Vineyard Avenue Corridor Area General Plan Amendment and <br />Prezoning. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Councilmember Tarver <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Ordinance No. 1551 be introduced, to be read by title only and <br />waiving further reading thereof, approving to prezone 1,170 acres <br />of the Ruby Hill site to a PUD (Planned Unit Development) district <br />to permit single-family residential, agricultural, and open space <br />uses (to conformto the uses that were recently approved by Alameda <br />County for the site); and to prezone the 368 acres of land knownas <br />the Vineyard Avenue Corridor area to a PUD district for rural <br />density residential, low density residential, parks and recreation, <br />agriculture and grazing, public health and safety, and sand and <br />harvesting uses (to conform to the uses currently designated for <br />the area by the Pleasanton General Plan). <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmember Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />3/17/92 17 <br /> <br /> <br />
