He believed that the <br /> absences by the Commissioners were legitimate. <br /> <br /> ~tem 7c <br />SoUth Livermore ValleyArea Plan/General PlanAmendment (SR92:100) <br /> <br /> Frank Neu, 18210 Camel Drive, Castro Valley, was opposed to <br />the 100 acre minimum size parcel. He felt this was a way to keep <br />one unit at 160 acres. The typical splits are 640, 160, 80, and 40 <br />acres. He hoped that the Council would agree and take a stand on <br />this unfair way of dealing with the public. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Scribner, and seconded by Mr. Tarver, <br />authorizing staff to send a letter to the County of Alameda <br />requesting clarification concerning general issues and requesting <br />an analysis of traffic and water use issues. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarvet and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />8- MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> <br />Item 8a <br />Request for stop siqns at Arbor and Bordeaux (SR92:95) <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver felt that this request was appropriate because of <br />the traffic on these streets. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Tarver, and seconded by Mayor Mercer, that <br />Resolution No. 92-50 be adopted, approving a three-way stop sign at <br />Arbor Drive and Bordeuax Street. <br /> <br />3/3/92 <br /> 23 <br /> <br /> <br />
