(A letter had
been previously given to the Mayor)

Mayor Mercer indicated that Council was unable to take action
on this request because it needed to be placed on the agenda. He
told Ms. Williams that this item had been before Council on several
occasions.

Ms. Williams was concerned about the traffic generated by the
opening of the Kottinger Ranch subdivision. She pointed out a
discrepancy made in the minutes of the Traffic Committee meeting
(page four). She explained that Ms. Roberrs said that the
visibility from the lot at the southeast corner was good. She
wanted Council to understand that before Ms. Roberts visited that
area, a bush was cut down on that corner.

Jan Gaysnor, Arbor Drive, stated that she and her four small
children use Arbor Park quite often. She asked that a cross walk
be placed at the intersection if the request for the stop sign was _
denied. She was concerned with the traffic coming from Kottinger
Ranch and Red Feather Court.

8.
