LAFCO and Pleasant Villaqe Associates v. City <br /> Of pleasanton and Pleasant Villaqe Associates v. City of <br /> pleasanton. <br /> <br /> The meeting was reconvened at 9:20 p.m. <br /> <br /> Michael Roush indicated Council had held discussions about <br /> whether an appeal should be filed regarding Greenbelt Alliance v. <br /> LAFCO. The staff recommended filing an appeal with the <br /> understanding that the appeal can be withdrawn. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, to <br /> approve the staff recommendation and authorize the filing of an <br /> appeal. <br /> <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: Councilmember Tarver <br /> ABSENT: Councilmember Scribner <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> 8/18/92 le <br /> <br /> <br />
