REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />Item 12a <br />8outh Livermore Valley Environmental Impact Report (SR92:236) <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver commented that staff gave him information to help <br />clarify a position that Council took. He stated that it was <br />proposed that 385 units be built on 125 acres (3 units to the <br />acre). He raised his concern about the density which was not <br />reflected in the minutes. Council discussed the way that the <br />Fertile Cresent Plan waswritten and that it reads 0-4 units to the <br />acre. Council decided that it was not a concern because the <br />General Plan does conformto the 0-4 units per acre. This plan was <br />not consistent with the General Plan and staff did not comment on <br />this matter.
