MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Kolln/Valley Wall <br /> <br /> Barbara Fowler, Danbury Park, asked Council to reconsider <br /> opening the Kolln/Valley wall. She explained that there has been <br /> an extensive amount of traffic put on Santa Rita that could be <br /> directed to Kolln. She believed that the wall is now redundant <br /> because of the new stop light at the Kolln/Valley intersection. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer explained the reasons that this wall had not been <br /> removed in the past. <br /> <br /> Council agreed to consider this matter at the August 4, 1992 <br /> City Council meeting. <br /> <br /> 7/7/92 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
