Las Positas, explained that originally
this project was conceived as a multi-family project because it was
located adjacent to I-6S0 and the Sunol Boulevard interchange. He
stated that many of the adjoining homeowners objected to this
project and therefore, there had been many changes which had led to
this project. He then described the project as it was presented
and asked for approval. Mr. Hirst was confident that an agreement
had been reached between the applicant and the neighbors. He had
brought a video tape to be shown to Council which described the
project and gave a visual outlook of the homes.

Council agreed that it was not necessary to show the video
because each of the Councilmembers had previously viewed the tape.

6/16/9~ 6
