63 <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver stated that he would be in favor of the lighting <br />being changed if the lighting study verified that proper lighting <br />could be obtained. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, and seconded by Ms. Scribner, to <br />approve a lighting study for Main Street to verify the proper <br />level. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mohr, Scribner, Vice Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mayor Mercer and Councilmember Butler <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr agreed that trees downtown were an amenity but <br />objected to the trees being placed in the parking lane. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr to deny the street tree planting in <br />the parking lane.
