Adopt Resolution No. 92-108, amending Resolution 92-99 <br /> and Resolution 92-100 to: 1) approve the new Fees and <br /> Charges Schedule for Recreation Facilities and Services, <br /> 2) approve the Amador Theater Fee Policy, 3) authorize <br /> staff to adjust fees and charges for services and <br /> facilities for up to 20% of the approved fees and charges <br /> without resubmitting the change to the Council, 4) <br /> authorize staff to proved new programs/classes at a fee <br /> based on the cost of services or established guidelines <br /> and that fees for such programs or classes be submitted <br /> to the Council for approval within a one-year period from <br /> initiation of the class or program, and 5) authorize the <br /> Recreation Supervisors or Director to continue to enter <br /> into contractual agreements for program services. <br /> (SR92:224) <br /> <br /> n. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Ernie Jones, 1725 Rose Avenue, explained that his property was <br /> the last one developed in Pleasanton with a septic tank. He has <br /> offered three different developers options to buy his property, but <br /> all declined because of the requirements of the City for sewer and <br /> water connections. Mr. Jones requested Council to allow him to <br /> build half acre parcels using septic tanks. <br /> <br /> Brent Partridge, 854 Montevino Drive, explained that his <br /> property is located next to a City parcel which at this time is not <br /> developed. He asked what the City was planning to do with this <br /> parcel. He asked if the City would plant grass and trees in this <br /> area because there are many children in the neighborhood who would <br /> enjoy using the area to play on. <br /> <br /> 6/2/92 12 <br /> <br /> <br />
