39 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Tarver, and seconded by Mr. Butler, that <br /> Resolution No. 92-103 be adopted, to approve the Capital <br /> Improvement Program for fiscal years 1992-93 through 1996-97; to <br /> appropriate the funding as indicated in the Program to meet fiscal <br /> year 1992-93 projects; to approve the HCD funding and projects as <br /> indicated in the program; and to approve the rescheduling of the <br /> unfunded park projects as set forth in the Program. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />7. SPECIAL AND INFORMATION REPORTS <br /> <br />Item 7a <br />Actions of the Zoninq Administrator, Desiqn Review Board, and <br />Planninq Commission (IR92:38) <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by the Council on this item. <br /> <br />Item 7b <br />East County Area General Plan Update - Process Status Report <br />(IR92:37) <br /> <br /> No action was required or taken by the Council on this item. <br /> <br />8- MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCILMEMBERS <br /> <br />Item 8a <br />Economic Development AdvlsorV Panel <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer requested Council's permission to organize an <br />Economic Development Advisory Panel to work for a specific period <br />of time. The Panel would consist of representatives from the <br />Downtown Association, Chamber of Commerce, financial people, and <br />residential and commercial builders. The group would work with <br />Bruce Kern of the Alameda County Economic Advisory Board, using his <br />staff and private entrepreneurs. The purpose would be to aid <br />Pleasanton to become more efficient during this period of economic <br />depression, to review various planning issues, to get an idea how <br />Pleasanton stands in relation to the County, and to get outsiders' <br />viewpoints on our city. <br /> <br />5/19/92 ? <br /> <br /> <br />
