43 <br /> <br />~tem 10b <br />AdOPt Neqative Declaration and Reintroduce Ordinance No. 1558, <br />Approvinq the Application of Red Bear, Inc. for Rezoninq and <br />Development Plan Approval as Filed Under Case PUD-91-10. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Resolution No. 92-105 be adopted, based on a review of an initial <br />environmental impact study done for this project and on a finding <br />that no significant environmental impact would occur as outlined in <br />the City's guidelines and on further finding that a negative <br />declaration is appropriate in connection with Red Bear, Inc. for <br />rezoning and development plan approval as filed under Case PUD-91- <br />10o <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmembers Scribner and Tarvet <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Butler, and seconded by Ms. Mohr, that <br />Ordinance No. 1558 be reintroduced, to be read by title only and <br />waiving.further reading thereof, approving the application of Red <br />Bear, Inc. for rezoning and development plan approval as filed <br />under Case PUD-91-10. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, and Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: Councilmembers Scribner and Tarvet <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />11. REPORTS OF THE CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />Item 12a <br />Review of North Pleasanton Improvement District Property Owners' <br />Request to Modify their.PUD Traffic Conditions of Approval <br /> <br /> Chris Owens, Prudential Insurance Company, gave a brief <br />history of the development of Hacienda Business Park. The citizens <br />of Pleasanton approved Hacienda Business Park at a referendum <br />election and it was reaffirmed by the Citizens General Plan Review <br />Committee in 1985. There were many conditions of approval attached <br />to the PUD including substantial traffic mitigation measures. All <br />have been met over the years. Hacienda is currently totally or <br />partially responsible for $187 million in assessment district <br />bonds, equaling $5.50 per sq. ft. in liens against the property in <br /> <br />5/19/92 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
