Zonin~ for the property is PUD (Flanned <br /> Unit Development) - Indust~$al-Conercial/Qf~ice Distr~C~, <br /> (SR92:189) <br /> <br /> Mr. Mercer declared the public hearing open on the <br /> application. <br /> <br /> A1 Chamarro, 2415 Mariner Square Drive, Alameda, architect for <br /> the project, explained that the current tenant needed more space <br /> therefore, he had expanded this building to two stories. This <br /> would complete the development that began seven years ago. The <br /> color and design would be the same as Phase I. He indicated that <br /> he was available to answer any questions by Council. <br /> <br /> There being no further testimony, Mr. Mercer declared the <br /> public hearing closed. <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver asked if the traffic situation would be mitigated <br /> by other sources or funds. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift answered yes. <br /> <br /> Mayor Mercer stated that this building did a nice job in <br /> completing the project.
