If Council were to approve <br />this item it would be authorizing staff to file action, if needed. <br />If the City could receive access to the property then he could <br />extend the time for negotiating a price. The issue is obtaining <br />the access so that the contractor can begin construction for the <br />Tassajara Reservoir if approved. The City has offered Ms. Koller <br />what the property was'appraised for and Ms. Koller gave a counter <br />offer based on information she had received.
