They were in the process of <br /> rebuilding Kottinger Drive as they replace the underground <br /> infrastructure. <br /> <br /> Item 8d <br /> Affordable Housinq <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver was concerned about the economic analysis on <br /> affordable housing projects. He asked staff to evaluate projects <br /> from this basis when there was an affordable component. <br /> <br /> Council agreed that Mr. Tarver's request would require staff <br /> to devote a large amount time to provide this analysis and was not <br /> necessary at this time. <br /> <br /> Item 8e <br />A~dit Of Cable TV <br /> <br /> Mr. Tarver asked if Council wanted to investigate the study of <br />the cable franchise agreement in terms of a compliance audit. This <br />would determine if Viacom was in compliance with the agreement. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Tarver, and seconded by Mayor Mercer, <br />directing staff to initiate an audit of the cable franchise <br />agreement. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Mohr, Scribner, Tarver and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />9.
